That depends on the price, purchase costs, income and lender. Financing without a deposit may be possible in individual cases, often with stricter terms.
What monthly payment is affordable?
A sustainable payment leaves room for living costs, savings and surprises. We calculate it from your actual household budget.
Can I finance without a deposit?
It depends on creditworthiness, the property and the lender. Purchase costs and a reserve still need careful planning.
When should I review refinancing?
Well before the fixed-rate period ends, leaving time to compare the remaining balance and available options.
Which documents do I need?
Usually proof of income, savings, existing commitments and property documents. The exact list depends on the lender.
Are there grants or subsidised loans?
Eligibility depends on the project, property and your circumstances. Programmes change, so current terms should be checked before applying.
Is a financing confirmation a loan agreement?
No. An initial assessment differs from a binding loan offer and its acceptance.
How is PremiumHyp paid?
